Hi, my name is Sabrina
I have been teaching yoga since 2018. I’m trained in a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Outreach, and Ashtanga. I graduated with my RYT Hatha 200 hr in January 2018 and started teaching karma classes in the community. I received a scholarship in Outreach Core Training in Vancouver allowing me to make yoga classes more accessible to everyone. In February 2021 I graduated with my RYS 500 hr TCC with Ashtanga yoga training. The joys of reconnecting with my yoga practice and sharing it with others has been a rewarding and educational journey. When I am not teaching yoga I enjoy traveling to new places, snowboarding, riding my motorcycle, swimming, dancing, paddle boarding, and spending time with my family and friends.

Group Sessions
Connecting with like-minded individuals is an encouraging way to keep motivated and a great way to practice being in the moment with the community. Sharing space with others in yoga allows us to experience the energy others have to offer and it strengthens our relationships not only with our peers but also within ourselves. We learn from one another and discover that yoga is not a competition but an inner journey with oneself. Showing up together we build confidence and find fun and exciting ways to encourage each other to keep going.
